By which i meant, that complaining about a ban, that is TOTALLY your fault and talking about things like that you are allowed to play on the server is ass-behavior.

And it wasn't weeks ago, but 8 days. And well, if you get banned on a "normal" server for e.g. aimbotting, the admins won't unban you just because it was "weeks ago". The same should be the case here.


But there's one question i have, what to do with People, who should be permbanned, but evade it with dynamic IP or something?
Should we spam-kick them? Are we allowed to warn-ban them? Or should we just report and let them play?

In this case Banana banned himself for spamming in the end.

This should be really splitted.

Earlier today Banana played on the server, just as i connected he got auto-kicked for spamming, so i couldn't take his IP.
Some minutes ago then, he joined again and b3 was down (no b3 - no ID ban). I ref-kicked him some times and he started complaining, so i explained him (in german, so he understands) what a dynamic IP is and why he is banned. He also started to insult me a bit. But he still thought, that he is allowed to play on the server and that I'm abusing my powers.

First of it take care banana cause you are close to be banned from forum too

Then: Loch (like Vukimi and others) are Mod to our server, i think i dont have to explain why i would trust them more than you ?
So the fact is, Banana, YOU (not even your ip, you as player ! ) are Banned
So keep add new ip to banlist i dont care, but dont be surprised if anytime they can they will kick you

So i will answer to Loch (and maybe others mods), if someone is not welcome at all to our server, we cant even talk about 'admin abuse', so dont feel sorry to kick people

Got a bunch of things here.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5!! Fastknifers were on the server today. I got a report from nub123 (who won't register here.. he actually is registered but he wanted to be a bish and make me report) so I went there and kicked them. There was no B3 so I couldn't take ID and stuff.
The fastknifers are:

• 'kFlYoug@y - https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img851/2756/shot0335.jpg ; he had fastknifed in the past
  
• [SoD]YAYA - https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img546/2917/shot0336.jpg ; as gay he also fastknifed already once but he also advertised and recruited for his clan: https://2img.net/h/oi55.tinypic.com/awaop5.jpg
  
• [SoD]D&DJump$ - I don't remember if he succeeded, but i guess it can be counted as the same.
  
• Just...|Crok# - He was trying to and g@y was teaching him, but i guess it can be counted as the same.
  
• LIMORTIVOSCI - He was trying too, but i guess it can be counted as the same.

So, I request a 2 weeks day for gay (cause he also teached others!) and 3 weeks for YAYA (cause Loch said on IRC that he also saw him "doing some clan sh*t" + cause he recruited etc)... Here's the demo where you can see D&DJump$, Crok# and LIMORTIVOSCI trying to fastknife (and also YAYA advertising). I think the other ones can just be written in the wall of shame for further casualties.
But I see some other mods think of different punishments.

I'd suggest a longer ban for YAYA, because i already warned him because of doing stuff with his clan members, and he fastknifed twice.
And I'd suggest a longer ban for Gay, it was his 2nd time, too and he was teaching someone.
The others should get 1 week bans(Even though Crok knew it was forbidden for 100% and maybe the other guy got some aliases)

It's not the first time he was caught. And not the second either. Yeah just kicked him yesterday for doing it. How many times has banana been reported? Three? • he think *EviL*s and HS| are same clan (this kind of thought may be bad for both clans imo).
  
• he wanted me to say to Loch(verstaerker) to fu*k off (as he was offline).
