B3 commands on Dust2 [under construction]

Ok here is most avaible commands on our Dust2 serv, listed by level :

*Unregistred (0):

!register = will register you as user
!rules = show you rules of the server

*User (1):

!help = display all command avaible for you
!time = display current server time (normally CET)
!xlrstats = show your xlrstats
!xlrstats [name] = show [name] xlrstats
!knallstats = show your knife all stats
!knallstats [name] = show [name] knife all stats

*Regular (2):

!teams = balance teams without looking skill

*Mod (20):

!paadvise (!adv) = show average ratio of both teams, tell you if it's balanced or not
!shuffleteams = switch players without looking skill
!paskuffle (!sk) = switch players looking skill
!pabalance (!bal) = switch players looking ratio
!force (!f) [name] [red/blue/spec] = force [name] to red team, blue team or spec
!paident (!id) [name] = show infos about [name]
!paveto (!veto) = cancel current vote
!pabigtext (!bigtext !bt)) [text] = show [text] in center of all player screen
!say (!!) [text] = allow you to talk to all player when you are in spec
!warn (!w) [name] [reason] = Warn [name] for [reason] (full list down)
!warnremove (!wr) [name] = remove [name] last warning
!warninfo (!wi) [name] = show infos about [name] warnings
!alias [name] = show listed aliases of [name]
!admins = show admins online
!notice [name] [text] = add notice to [name] (usefull feature to notice admins online when player join)

Well all commands for this level should be knew by the few people who have this level so

Little suggestions:
I would add !teams to users, in case no regular or admin is online.
May be add !lookup to mod/admin to look up the UID of offline players.

mmmh... i personally hate when unknow noob do !teams in midd of round...
But i can allow SuperMods to makereg, it will be mods job to choose who is 'able' to use teams properly and play often
And Mods 20 is the small step of mod, so they just have warn power and demo (like all), only 40 have tempban features and so
!id basic should be enough to report a cheater

HE plugin workin... just b3 had some kind of reset, so i guess you have to give admin rights again... (i had 100, if u dt remember xD)

Where is the list?
May need it one day...

type !help weaponcontrol for get that list, and type !weaponcontrol alone for see actual restriction, but yeah will try make it asap ^^
