Question to Witch and Disky

Hey guys im playing Evil server again (i had pc crash) and i see b3 is on thats very good news
i played last days on server and there were people annoying me very hard i gave tham many warnings and if i kick tham they go spam again. I typed !help and saw Ban so heres my questions

Can i use the Command !ban to? or is it only for Real Admins like Witch Disky and Mike.
(i dont wanna ban ppl who anoys me but i mean hackers)

I specced some guys Called !efarnal or something sorry couldn´t vid it and i told him stop Wallhacking he said stfu im not walhacking than i specced him again and than i was 100%sure he was WH than i kicked him and when he came back he was saying bad words and stuff. Can we mute/ban ppl in such situation.

(btw if i use !mute what command is for unmute i tried search didnt find)

Please answer me.

For unmute command is !mute, too...
And for guys like this - i think when u're 100% sure he cheats and he gets back and behave not-nicely - u should make a demo and maybe ban him for short time...
Show the demo and witch or disky will do the rest...

@Witch u have 1 mistake that 40 cant use !cyclemap... i asked 1 day misu to use it and on misu rights it works so 40 cant use cycle...

well for admin levels i'm admin 100 and only me can put new admins.

Disky is admin 80 and he can put only one level of admin a regulars they are level 2 so its bigest level of users!

admin 60 are viper and misu.

and other evil members are 40.

guest and no-clan members are 20 except pingo and Vilain.

Hi Witch on pistol a nades server i have level 20.. i dont have problem with it just want to know why?

i knw command for a little i print it and have it near my keyboard but i dont want to be 40 level.. if i want someting just ask players.. it works..
