hello
when you see a cheater or you think someone cheat
go spec mode
spec the guys , and press f12
( thats demo )
when you think you got enough proof , go on forum in cheater report , post time / name of the guys / link of demo
( you can find the demo in : Urban terror folder / q3urt / demos and upload it at rapidshare.com or mediafire.com or megaupload.com and more...)

You can type /recorddemo in the console to start recording and /stoprecord to stop.

Before this thread started this guy had no clue how to make a demo.

This for me anyways means he is short of maybe 1 years experience in how to use the ioquake 3 engine.

I wouldnt let this guy demo people, let alone admin a server.

To become admin is not that easy its not only posting demos of a flying bird or a demo of a real Cheater
Just try to be active on forums much so post much messages and try to be nice and ofcourse read the rules and be patient
