Well let's start as it needs to anyway Witch said i can try so that what i will

1. U need to know English good.
- English what i have is enough good for that people could understand me

2. U need to be 17 (st 16).
-Well,i am actually 13 but my intellect is a bit higher than 13 years by body i am 13 but by mind i am far more that 13,near 15 or 17

3.U have to be good player.
-Well... i can play good if i want,sometimes good,sometimes bad,depends on my moral and nervs

5.U have to behave and player need love u
-well about loving idk,but i play most at Dust 2 now,on P&N i have and probably still have good reputation at least my freinds still knows me

4.U have to be patient
-Well... i can be patient,at least i need a good answer and than,i can be patient for good time

5.We dt accept cheates in clan.
Hm,I were cheater when i were younger but i swer i am not cheating Nowadays,pesides while i cheated i learned better learn hax and they Usage,so to catch them for me isn't big problem

6.Need Irc,Msn,Mumble
-Well have all of them but i dt use so much,1 hour per day each (expext mumble)

7.Have something to say?
-Yea ofc i do.well... i know much friends from here want to be more near to them and do more fun with them by fun i dt mean spam ,More wath i wanna say is i can be useful everywhere u need pluss i can play 24/7 but i just dt want hope that were worth of your attention

since witch said everyone can give his opinion here ( in other topic ) ,
i think everyone should have second chance ..
maybe he left evil before because he was still young
but now for me he looks good , he is more mature than some people at 17 years ( look at carnival .. )
i think he changed , he said he cheated before , but it is past , he admited it , he had not to admit it .. so he might be honest .
maybe he spam a little to much , but he isnt the only to spam and i think he will do everything for be better .
