Annoying fact that must be STOPPED

So you game on the server....teams are 4v5 where you can say there is balance...since there is no other player in the server for a 5v5!So a smart a*s from the 4 players teams goes spec and types !teams command. Afterwards since console balanced for a 4v4 he joins back to his old team making it a 5v4. I have seen a lot of d#$(%ses do this lame thing. It has to be stopped...Is there any way to disable !teams command from non-mod/admin spectators?

Yes in fact I have thinking about that.
As default I did put it for moderators, but mayne people come here and cry that teams are often unbalanced and there is no mod to do !teams.
I dont know is this true or not but im gonna put it for moderators.

I am not against people using !team command. It is indeed very handy when there is no mod online. But some idi*ts abuse it. If there is a way to prevent spectators from using it it will be perfect!

Honestly, I play almost every day and it's pretty rare to see something like this happen.

Anyway, it's pretty easy to solve and there's no need to remove !teams.
You just need to force someone into the team they were before they went spec and lock them there.

For instance: !force anoulis red lock.

So you are saying idiots should have the previlage to do teams, do that lame thing and then get yourself into trouble ruining your game because they wonna mess up. Also people use teams all the time even before a round ends. If you dont think its trouble your opinion. In mine it is an annoying fact that was wisely stopped.

actually what I am saying is that if an idiot does that...you warn him and lock him in a team. From that point on, he can do !teams all he wants and he won' be able to change.

But go ahead and remove !teams for normal players..what do I care? it's the same for me.
I just saying that there is a very easy solution.

I agree it's not a good thing for sure, but remove !teams for all other is pretty weird imo, cause most people use it well, and if no admin/mod, team could stay longtime unfair...

So ofc it's a trouble we have to clear, but for me remove !teams command is not the good way...

Maybe just tempban people who abuse could be better
(ofc that way need report or check log...)

Situation u were talkin about hardly ever happens... thing that happens much more often, is when a player joins other team and it stays eg. 7 vs 4 for few rounds, which is much worse...
If there's admin on server - none of these problems exists (u can force changed guy back to previous team, and warn the one who changed him), but when there r no admins atm - problem without !teams is much more serious imo...

Ur english is good. my mistake. But lets say that player A goes to spec, does !teams and player B goes to his team. You could still force player B back to his previous team and lock him there.
But anyway, as I said, for me it doesn't matter if we remove !teams or not, I'm jut trying to provide an easy quick solution

Do not remove !teams command.

It does more good than harm.

And if you do lock that player B then player A is able to go to spec and to again so player C will be moved!you will have to lock whole team....anyway i am too against people NOT being able to do !teams and i totally agree with MIV because an admin is not always arround, but people seams love to be abusive and idiotic. Its a dead end situation and the head admin(Witch) should make the call of what will happen

If he does it few times - he gets a short tempban for doing same bad thing more times...
But maybe we should make a vote about !teams command?

VOte is useless, imo !teams command is too usefull for people to remove it...
If we do it i am pretty sure we gonna have lot of complaoints...

what about a script or something for b3 to do !teams after every played round automatically? that would solve most problems.
you can disable the command for normal players so they cant do sh***t and teams would be fair

What? no way. That's the worst solution ever. The game would turn into a clusterf.uck.

so its the same if normal players spam !teams the whole time or b3 calls it every round end...
right timing for sure so nobody have to wait a whole round what is the most annoying thing if !teams is allowed to everybody...

Sorry but i think that's a terrible idea and the reasons are obvious.
Anyway, this thread is getting blown out of proportion. This all thing started because anoulis saw some idiot going spec and doing !teams do add a player to his team. And I play almost everyday and I never see that kind of thing. Only on very rare occasions. there's no point in changing things or thinking about new scripts just because one dude did that a few times. Not to mention that if I saw someone doing this I would warn him. I woudn't rethink the entire way a server works.
This was an isolated event. No big deal.

Cause "in normal way" !teams shouldn't be allowed to user, cause same power than !force but in pure random way that all...

So yes we need to work on something but i agree there is not big deal for now
