Kick without i understand the reason

My brother who plays on dust 2 is always kik withou reason, his name is mr-jack, even after changing his name he was kik, whashette kick him without reason, if you can explain me why .
My brother doesn't cheat, he's sometimes violent when he was provocated but today he has done nothing .
And when he came another time, it's another guy who kicks him without reason =x
So i want understand.

U're sure he was kicked?
Cuz i once knew guy who said 10 times i kicked him, but when i checked it in console it was '(...) disconnected'... (it happened few times)
There r sometimes mistakes like this - eg. 'server command overflowed' and then ppl think they were kicked...
So i ask - is he TOTALLY sure???

I'm sure it's a kik, " serveur disconected: was kiked'

I'm not sure that's vhashette but there was only him with "*evil*" in the name when my brother was kicked

He knows what is obj-objective? dose he has a sound? he knows how to play good? was he afk?

I banned him for 2 weeks, because he insulted me as well as my mom many times. Don't worry in 10 days max he will be able to connect again.
Remember it's a public server, so you have to behave. If you want to insult people, just do it with msn, irc or whatever.
