Mod's Library ? what is this ? =)

Hello all ! (i Said all cause it's public section, but with write rights only for Mods and EviLs 
)
So what the point of this section ?
Here we will post:
- All accepted application for Mods.
- All upgrade Rights request.
- All question about Moderation.
- Any problem you want to ask to other Mod but in public way (Evil's Friends corner still open for private talk of course )
I hope this section will help other people to see how become good Moderators and will help us work together
