Demo is too short to prove wallhack conclusively.

I didnt keep recording because i thought it was too obvious. 1st move @ red he sees the guy through wall and points guns @ him moving cursor simultaneously until the guy is in the open and he starts firing. 2nd move guy escapes and he stares at the wall to see where the guy goes. 3rd move near blue spawn again he directly faces his gun on the guy thought the wall. 4th move near black bomb site, again he points his gun directly at the enemy through the wall. If you still think it is inconclusive i will try making a new demo next time i see him but this time i think he is alert about not being busted.
