I can't play urban terror T_T

when i open the urban terror the console say this and i can't play urban plz i need help T_T i try uninstalling and installing again but doesn't works
this mean i can't play more urban right?

Go to q3ut4 file

find config.cfg

write there: r_mode 4

save file

try again

I can not understand the problem but most often it is a mistake open gl

Try to restart your comp.
If still don't work ,
Save your q3.config in urbanterror /q3ut4 , and remove it .. start to launch urt again .
if still dont work , Try to close your program like irc etc and it should work.

I think anoM's way is the best when you have trouble with config
You save to your desktop your q3config.cfg file, you let UrT create new one with auto-config (it should be normally best for your comp) and then you just have to copy and paste your games commands from old to new q3config.cfg
Maybe you can still change some otpions if you want but normally it should be good

I have 2 configs.

q3config.cfg - all the game sh*t, autogenerated, yes you can tweak it, but its best to do that in the second file.

autoexec.cfg - this is where you put your tweaks, it is called automatically after q3config.cfg and is never overwritten (and if you have a perfect config and are running linux you can do a chattr +i autoexec.cfg to make it immutable (impossible to write to)).

Basically you had a bad video mode, ie you tried to set it too high or to a resolution not supported by your hardware (1600x1024). Maybe try some lower widescreen resolutions, like: 1280x720, 1368x768, 1440x900. Or maybe do like everyone else and not bother.
