Mod Upgrade Request

Hey, so it's been 2 months since I got my mod rights. Now I'm asking for an upgrade, mainly to manage in server better.
I think it's much better to just simply kick afk players or spectators (expect in a cheater case ), rather than having to warn them 3 times + ban them for couple minutes (or more).
I hope I proved I'm active on the server and outside as well (IRC and forum), enough for you to upgrade me to a full mod ^_^

Vladi is way too immature to be any kind of moderator in my humble opinion.

Example of this was today:

First of all i havent messed with him in a month.

Then we play as usual on the server, about 2 hours or so.

I complain about his ping.
He calls me nub, well this is all normal and fine for both of us...

But then he puts me on spec in middle of the game.
Thats admin abuse on my books so I punish him with simple kick.
Well does he learn, NO.

Comes back and puts me in spec again. and I explain to him why he cannot do that and why he is being punished... and this goes on and on for about 100 times

Then hes obviously annoyed and put irony|listening to spec too for no obvious reason in middle of the game...

Well anyways. Tried to keep him out but failed and gave up. Couldnt even warn him cos he just removed the warns. :/

I'd say people who are that emotional cannot make good mods so STRONG F2 from me.

I forced listening to spec instead of warning him for racism, did you want me to do this instead?

I think a punishment would be you forcing me to spec in middle of my game, instead of kicking me which is considered worst, and I strongly believe you didn't behave as needed either.

Well the problem you have is that you dont get to decide what punishment you should have for acting stupid.

Once you have more rights than me then you can. Meanwhile no.

Its not like I haven't been kicked by every single evil member atleast once, but do I come back to put them to spec for 10 mins... no.

And thats why you were immature.

Ps. I'm not fighting, I haven't got emotional in front of computer for years and years

I would have no reason to force to spec any other mod or evil member, but you..... You just kept complaining about me being a lagger, and couple people from my team as well, when the max ping I had was 120. I can't warn you for spam or anything, so what do I need to do? Now, the question is did I force you to spec for a reason or not? -.-

Well i can't really judge who behave the best but anyway this is obviously not the real problem here. . .
So my opinion is simple: you can fight as you want, idc, it's your life, your choice, but play with b3 is obviously a bad thing.

So my decision will be simple, as i already warn Mad for his acts, Vladi i suggest you do same, and for upgrade.. .let's wait few month... (years. . . )
