Yo, official request: May i be upgraded to 30 on PNN?

Argumentation: Im active a lot on ur server, sometimes b3 doesnt kick plyrs with 3 warnings, and i warn again and again. 7th warning- no kick. !k is much more useful and helpful.

I think i wasnt abuse my rights. Gimme info how u feel it.
