Knives&Boots mapcycle suggestions + a request

Hey there.
I've been grouping up my ideas for a while and decided to make this topic, suggesting some new maps for the Knives & Boots server.

I'll start with saying that some maps get boring after a while (eg: kas). A cyclevote possibility could be added in those maps, perhaps Specifically: Kas, Intercity, Boxtrot, Paradise and Slumwar (that's what I've come up so far)


Now, some maps

ut4_streets: for TDM. Could be nice on CaH too
ut4_kingdom: for TDM, with the cyclevote possibility
ut4_littletown4: for TS
ut4_subterra: for BOMB
ut4_ambush: for TS
ut4_elgin: for TS
ut4_trug: for BOMB or TS


EDIT: My request: often on the servers people are shouting at me or at other good knifers "CHEATER! NOOB!" and so on, and I don't feel like warn-kicking them is the best of all the solutions. Also there are many boring players asking things like "how do you do that" or "teach me to knife" ecc... And of course there is BlackDev! He's always asking me not to kill him, asking people "has i box" and even if somebody answers him, he goes on asking
There goes my request: enabling the !mute command to mods.

If yes - i think that'd be cool, i've always wanted to try that mode a bit...

Yep, capture and hold. It's nice, though the spawns are unfair a bit (eg: Uptown)

EDIT: Witch, I think you still failed, no cyclevote D: Maybe the server needs a restart?
EDIT2: Also, now there are 2 Uptowns in cycle not sure if it's the same for other maps

Yes, votes will be available tomorrow, after server is restarted tonight.

For uptown, maybe its bug.

The mapcycle seems ok (the only thing missing is clash, but that's cause of the sound, right? )

Check this:

Your map settings should look like this
set g_mapcycle "mapcycle.txt"
map ut4_casa

And this:

when you have 2 or more of the same map, it only reads one of them, or the map after it, I'm not completely sure how it works because it was a while ago, all I can really remember is that having the same map in there more than once causes issues..

I noticed there are 2 ut4_subterra's... that might be the problem.

Oh I didnt know there is two subterras. I have removed it.

Well, you can apply, but it may take some time to get it, since you became mod few days before, and I have to say that you and invert have big chances to become 30 if you continue to be active here as for now. Just stay patient, server wont go away.

Well witch, i'm not being moderator just to be full admin or smthing like that, i'm just a mod to take care of the server and try to make all the players playing on the server happy and playing fair.
If you make us 30/40/60 wtv, it's your choice but i'm happy to be what i am now

From that point of view, I may think twice about applying
